This Double Black Ale is cold fermented, delivering a robust, well-attenuated brew. It blends two distinct beer styles, creating a unique and complex flavor profile.

A red wine blend with notes of currants, pipe tobacco, and Peruvian coffee with citrus undertones. It opens with toasted bread and confectionary sweetness, finishing dry and attenuated. Aromas of Palisade peaches, Meyer lemon, Cara Cara orange, anisette, and patchouli.

Roast and bitter. Citrus bitterness, Plenty of coffee. As it should be! Great balance.

This is very nice. Bright citrus on the nose, and with good amount of bitterness. Roasted coffee with some bitter notes on the malt backbone. I dig it.
